We are making our jams in a 100% home made and traditional way in the most and pur

respect of the fruit.

From the beginning we had choose a unique making process.

We think very important to suggest at our customers, jam with low sugar

and a lot of fruit ( 64% )

We are using only high quality fresh fruits ready to eat.

Our particularity is about cooking jam with small quantity. In this way we don't need to use additives, gelling or citric acid.

Our jams are just compose with FRUIT- SUGAR and FRESH LEMON JUICE

This specificity gives it a unique taste.
